  • nightcruising,

    cigarette smoke in my lungs...
breathing it out the crack in my window, into the january night.
the two of us, laughing quietly in a dark room.
    i'm glad i quit.
    i wish to forget.

Photographs that Mikey took using the Lomo Diana camera that we bought.
We're still working on our photography skills... We don't really know what we're doing but he's lucky that these few came out really nice.

  • no sleep till brooklyn

Me and Stephanie went to Brooklyn today with our parents to look at apartments and we actually ended up putting down a deposit today for a really nice 3 bedroom loft one block away from school.
The ceilings are super high, and the bedrooms are huge with giant windows so the place is actually so nice.
One bedroom has a built in... second floor kind of thing. The downside is that there's no window in that room so the air circulation is kind of bad; it's a really nice place to chill though.

Anyway, so with the deposit it's official... I have moved out and found an apartment!
Also, by coincidence, I live across the street from Mikey. LOL.

Moving in August 1st, after we sign the lease. :)

Pictures of the staircase I was talking about... including one of me and Stephanie being idiots.
Obviously it will be better once we move into the place and put furniture and blahblahblah.

This is the bedroom with the second story built in. It's not going to be my room, but it's still a pretty chill design. We are planning on turning the second story into a little Moraccan style hookah lounge lol. Put a punch of throw pillows and shit...

Our kitchen, with my dad... posing... candidly?
I love how we have a little island in our kitchen. Supah-cute. Now we don't need a kitchen table. To the right of that island is a little living/dining room with huge windows on the wall.

These are the other two bedrooms but it's hard to get the entire room into the photo and still give a sense of how big it is. But trust me, it is big enough. Both rooms are big enough to fit a full size bed and still a desk, dresser and room to walk around.

    WOO HOOOOOO~~~~
